Which couriers do you use and how much does delivery cost?
Orders are delivered within Great Britain and Northern Ireland through our package delivery partner (Royal Mail is used for return labels). Shipping is GBP 5.99 for orders under GBP 100 and free for orders of GBP 100 or more. Standard rates apply to mainland UK and remote regions including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and offshore islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. International delivery is not offered.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed. Carrier delivery time is additional. After dispatch, customers receive an email with a tracking number and a Track Your Order link.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address generally cannot be amended. If you need to update your delivery details, please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will advise on the available options.
