Signing up for a QNAP online shop account is quick and easy. Use the button below on the “sign in” page to get started in “QNAP Account Center”. Click “Create Account” in QNAP Account Center, and fill in the “Nickname”, “Email” or “Phone number” fields, and check the box if you agree the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then click the “Sign Up” button to finish the sign up.

Click the “Forgot Password” button on the sign in page, and enter your QNAP ID (email or phone number you registered). The system will send a link for resetting your password to your email or phone. Please follow the instructions to reset the password.

Please navigate to My account > Change password, and enter the email and original password. After login, you can enter new password to change it.

How is my payment card data handled?

QNAP does not retain payment card information directly. All transactions are processed securely by trusted providers (Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Open Banking and PayPal), so your card data is handled by the payment platform and never stored on our systems.
