Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS (within 14 days)

You can apply for a Return in the 'My orders' section of your account within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in good condition, with the original packaging and documents.

RETURN PROCESS (within 14 days)

For item returns, head over to the 'My orders' section within your account and generate a return label for the items you intend to send back. Once you've created the label, follow the instruction in the received email from Royal Mail to arrange a collection or make your way to the closest drop-off point to initiate the return process and have the goods returned.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned products. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Please note, you will not be refunded the shipping costs. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, contact our Customer Service (please refer to the page for contact information) to arrange an exchange or repair.

Please Note

  • If a Delivery with Services item is missing parts or damaged through misuse, you may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
  • Items cannot be returned 14 days after they are delivered.
