Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items in good condition with original packaging and documents. Apply through the My Orders section of your account; a Royal Mail return label is generated for collection or drop-off. Original outbound shipping cost is not refunded, and refunds are credited within 5 to 7 business days once processed. For defective or damaged items, contact customer service to arrange an exchange or repair instead of a standard return. Restocking fees may apply to "Delivery with Services" items if parts are missing or damaged through misuse.
