Membership Benefits

Price displayed in the QNAP Accessories Store is excluding the shipping cost. QNAP Accessories Store members can take advantage of easy purchase Spare Parts, directly delivered to their shipping address.

Conditions

You must have an QNAP Accessories Store account to sign up for and use membership. We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion. Please note:

The order and packing process will approximately take 5 working days. The delivery time will depend on the country you live in;
We may ship the products by land or air at our discretion (these terms do not correspond to any carrier-branded shipping services);
Our carriers usually do not pick-up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays;
We do not guarantee delivery of products within the estimated transit time or by the estimated delivery date.
The Warranty of Power Supply and Power Adapter is 1 Year.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country. Such import taxes, customs duties and fees must be borne by the recipient.
You are required to pay a return handling fee if you request a product return.

General. QNAP Accessories Store may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at QNAP Accessories Store.

QNAP Spare Parts Products Availability & Discontinuance
Availability of the Products is limited and Products may not be available for immediate delivery. QNAP Accessories Store reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all Products. If there is any revision or cessation, QNAP Accessories Store may ship products which have the functionality and specifications of the Products ordered ("Substituted Products") but there will be differences in the specifications between what was shipped and what was ordered. Customer shall be deemed to have accepted such differences if Customer accepts delivery of the Substituted Products.
No Returns or Exchanges
Products ordered and/or delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise agreed by QNAP Accessories Store, at its sole discretion. All orders placed at the QNAP Accessories Store may not be cancelled by Customer.
Warranty
A limited warranty statement will be included with QNAP Accessories Store product shipped to Customer. QNAP Accessories Store reserves the right to modify its warranty statement at any time, at its sole discretion. QNAP Accessories Store will be obligated to honor any such warranty only upon QNAP Accessories Store's receipt of the payment in full for the product to be warranted.
Application of terms and conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by the QNAP Systems Inc. entity named on the invoice that will be provided to Customer of Spare Parts and/or related products sold by QNAP Systems Inc. ("Products"), unless (a) Customer has signed a separate formal purchase agreement with QNAP Systems Inc., in which case the terms and conditions of the separate agreement shall govern or (b) unless other standard QNAP Systems Inc. terms and conditions apply to the transaction. By ordering the Products and/or accepting delivery of the Products described on the invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. QNAP Systems Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior written notice at any time, at QNAP Accessories Store's sole discretion.
Payment Terms
Terms of payment shall be determined at QNAP Accessories Store's discretion and unless otherwise agreed to by QNAP Accessories Store, payment shall be made by Customer prior to QNAP Accessories Store's acceptance of Customer's order. Payment shall be made by credit card or some other pre-arranged methods of payment acceptable to QNAP Accessories Store. Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and QNAP Accessories Store shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. If credit term have been agreed by QNAP Accessories Store, Customer shall pay invoices within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoices or such period which may be agreed in writing between Customer and QNAP Accessories Store.
Other documents do not apply
Any term or condition of Customer's order which is any way inconsistent with or in addition to these terms and conditions shall not be applicable or binding on QNAP Accessories Store, unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement signed by Customer and QNAP Accessories Store and QNAP Accessories Store's failure to object shall not be considered a waiver of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may not be supplemented, altered or modified by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to modify, supplement or amend these terms and conditions will be null and void, unless agreed in writing by QNAP Accessories Store.
Exclusion & Limitation of Liability
For any breach of these terms and conditions, QNAP Accessories Store's sole and exclusive maximum liability shall not in any event exceed the total price of the products ordered by Customer. In no event shall QNAP Accessories Store be liable to customer or any third party for any special, indirect, consequential or punitive loss or damage for any breach of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business or goodwill, loss of use even if QNAP Accessories Store has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage of any claim by any third party. QNAP Accessories Store shall not be liable if it is unable to perform any of its obligations contained in these terms and conditions due to, directly or indirectly, to the failure of any machine, system of authorization, data processing or communication system or transmission link or any industrial dispute, war, flood, explosion, act of god or any other event beyond the control of QNAP Accessories Store. If any service is performed by any third party or authorized by QNAP Accessories Store, QNAP Accessories Store shall not be liable for any act, neglect, omission or willful default of such third party.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The sale of the Products shall be governed by the laws of R.O.C. Customer and QNAP Accessories Store shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Taipei distinct courts in Taiwan.
Export Control
All sales are subject to the export, import and other trade-related laws and regulations of the Taiwan and other national governments and the Customer herein acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the same.
