Delivery covers Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight at standard rates. Shipping is GBP 5.99 for orders under GBP 100 and free on orders of GBP 100 or more.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items in original condition with packaging and documents. Customers initiate returns through the My Orders section in their account; a Royal Mail return label is provided. Original outbound shipping cost is not refunded. Refunds are credited to the original card within 5 to 7 business days once processed. For defective or damaged items, contact customer service to arrange an exchange or repair.
