### Returns, exchanges and cancellations

#### Standard policy

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items in good condition with original packaging and documents.
- Apply through the My Orders section of your customer account. A Royal Mail return label is generated; you arrange collection or use a drop-off point.
- Original outbound shipping cost is not refunded.
- Refunds are credited to the original card within 5-7 business days once the return is processed (allow at least 7 days from receipt of the returned item for processing).
- Restocking fees may apply to "Delivery with Services" items if parts are missing or the item is damaged through misuse.

#### Defective or damaged items

For items that are dead-on-arrival, faulty or damaged in transit, contact QNAP UK Customer Service (ukstore@qnap.com) to arrange an exchange or repair instead of using the standard return process.

#### Exclusions

- Items cannot be returned after 30 days through the standard return process; contact QNAP Customer Service via https://service.qnap.com for post-30-day issues.
- Outlet items, special-order or CTO (build-to-order) configurations cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once the order is confirmed. Please confirm the specification before purchase.

#### Statutory rights

UK consumers' statutory rights, including any applicable distance-selling rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are not affected.

- Carrier: QNAP UK uses an established package delivery partner; returns use Royal Mail labels
- Shipping fee: GBP 5.99 for orders under GBP 100; free shipping for orders of GBP 100 or more
- Coverage: Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including Scottish Highlands and offshore islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight - all at standard rates
- Tracking: After dispatch, customers receive an email with the tracking number and a Track Your Order link
- Delivery address changes after order confirmation are not generally accepted
